Automatically receives the confirmations and incidences of your shipment by email. You will need to register your mail, Estafeta customer number and fill out the registration form (without a valid customer number we can not process your request). For customers whose processes tracking shipments is a critical factor, we provide the service of automatic confirmations and exceptions. Right at the moment that the data is processed by our servers, you will receive by email the data of confirmation of the delivery such as:

  • Name of person receiving
  • Date, time and place of delivery

Those that for extraordinary causes (exceptions) the shipment can not be delivered, we will inform you the cause, the date and time of the exception. In order to receive these automatic information services, it is necessary to register by having your customer number on hand and fill out the registration forms (without a valid customer number we can not process your request).
