T1- Global Claim
Opcional Global Claim, the fee applies for each requested copy. 5 USD.
A1- individual Claim
Mandatory for shipments with a commercial value greater than USD 5,000 or at the customer's request. Cost 30 USD or 1.5% of the value of the invoice, whichever is greater.
Larger package
It is considered when the sum of long + circumference [(2 x width) + (2 x high)] exceeds 330 cm without exceeding sizes larger than 419 cm. Larger packages are subject to a minimum charge of 40 kg. Check conditions.
Optional insurance
Request it at the beginning of the service. Deductible of 20% and with a maximum coverage for 100 thousand pesos. 1.25% of the declared value of the shipment.
