An extra charge is generated for each additional kg to the weight covered by the waybill, fractions are rounded up to the next higher kg. Shipment's total weight is calculated in two ways:
Physical weight: Scale’s weight reading.
Volumetric weight: Calculated for low weight and volume shipments.

Shipments that due to their packaging, volume, or fragile condition must be handled in a special way*.
* Anything that is not quadrangular or cannot stow.

At the client's request, prior to the beginning of the service. 20% Deductible and a maximum coverage for 100 thousand Mexican Pesos. Premium is 1.25% the value stated in the shipment.

Maximum weight 68 kg
The package is considered larger when the sum of length + circumference [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds 330 cm. without exceeding the maximum size of 419 cm. Greater Size Packages are subject to a minimum fee for 40 kg. Check conditions.
